Welcome to Megamax's WinHaitiVilla.com. Megamax Real Estate provides a Fundraising Platform where participants purchase Haitian Art & Crafts and Haitian Art Screen-Savers while earning the chance to win a Grand Prize Dream House in Haiti, plus other prizes. A portion of each contribution is set aside and donated to a chosen (local) Non-Profit Organisation in Haiti. Megamax only works with local organisations that have a track record of doing life-changing work in Haiti. 

By using the WinHaitiVilla.com or the alternate Megamaxvilla.com website, you acknowledge to be bound by this agreement. Consequently, make sure you review the entire page carefully. Should you not intend to be bound to these Conditions, (or any specific alterations to the Terms), we recommend you to close this webpage right away and not continue.   


General Terms

The Grand Prize Drawing for the Megamax WinHaitiVilla Dream Home Raffle will be held on Thursday, December 31th, 2021. Tickets will not be sold after December 15th, 2021. An independent raffle auditor will supervise the drawing. Prize winners do not need to be present to win. The Grand Prize is offered as a unit, non-divisible and without substitution.

All contributions and purchases of Arts & Crafts and Images paid for by credit card, checks or wire transfer, in which the purchaser disputes the transaction or his or her check is dishonored, are voided and not eligible to participate to win a prize.

ALL CONTRIBUTIONS AND SALES ARE FINAL. Megamax is not obligated to provide a refund for goods and services purchased where the items fulfill their intended purpose. Megamax is also not obligated by law to provide a refund for any ‘change of heart’ decision. However, if an individual believes that an error has been made by them or Megamax, then we will consider the refund on a case-by-case basis.

All Haitian Arts and Crafts and Haitian Art Screen-Saver Images purchased from this WinHaitiVilla.com or from Megamaxvilla.com website are for personal use only and not for commercial use.

If any provision in the website terms is illegal or invalid, it is nulled and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Purchasers of Haitian Arts and Crafts and Haitian Art Screen-Saver Images agree that no credit card charge-back, or cancellation of checks or other cancellation of payments are made regarding the purchase of a product(s) or image(s) without our consent. If any of the foregoing occurs, the purchaser agrees to indemnify Megamax for any claims, cost, expenses and damages relating to the matter. This includes any expenses incurred by Megamax for recovering these amounts.

If we believe that any purchases were made in a fraudulent manner, by credit card, check or other means of payment, it is our right to refund and void any such tickets.

Megamax offers a genuine opportunity to buy high quality Haitian Arts and Crafts and Haitian Art Screen-Saver Images while earning the chance to win a Dream Home in Haiti and many other prizes.

We advise you to only involve yourself if you are genuinely interested in purchasing Haitian Arts and Crafts, and Haitian Art Screen-Saver Images, while getting  the chance to win the WinHaitiVilla grand prize and other prizes. 

The Winner of Megamax prizes may only accept the offered prize, as stated. There will be no substitutions or changes in the actual prize offered and won. 

Limitation of Remedies For Breach

A raffle participant’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach by  Megamax Real Estate shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid by participant for his or her product purchase or ticket(s). In no event shall Megamax Real Estate, its directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives be liable to any party for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Winner Claim Time Limit

All Winners have 12 months to claim and collect their prizes. If a Prize winner cannot be located within 12 months after attempting to make contact through the information provided by the Prize winner at the time of purchasing the ticket, such winner will be deemed to have abandoned their prize. This time period may be extended if the winner has contacted Megamax within the time limit but needs more time to take actual delivery of the prize.

The list of winners (name initials only) will be posted on the Megamaxraffle.com website. A list of winners may also be obtained from Megamax by sending a request within two weeks of the drawing to Megamax (via the Contact Us form on the website).

Prize Collection

In order to collect his or her prize, a ticket winner may be required to sign and deliver to Megamax Real Estate :

(a) a sworn affidavit of eligibility in accordance with these Rules and applicable law, including without limitation that he or she is at least 18 years old;

(b) such written information as is required by any applicable Haitian tax and/or real estate laws, including without limitation his or her National Identity Number;

(c) proof of identity in forms satisfactory to  Megamax Real Estate showing that the person claiming the prize is the same person who is named on the winning raffle ticket.; and

(d) the winning ticket stub or official Ticket Confirmation/validate receipt.

Legal Restriction and Jurisdiction

Megamax Real Estate conducts business legally in Haiti and has offices in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Megamax Real Estate also has an online presence and makes no representation that information on Megamax’s website(s) is appropriate or available for use outside of Haiti. Those who choose to access Megamax’s website(s) from outside of Haiti do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
